Free vs Paid Services

Amit Enterprises offers free digital marketing training but may charge for premium services such as:

• Tools access (e.g., Hosting, Premium Plugins, SEMrush),
• Certifications,
• One-on-one mentoring sessions.

All charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned before purchase. Payment once made is non-refundable unless specifically stated.

Certificate Policy

We offer digital certificates based on:

• Attendance and class participation,
• Completion of assigned projects or tests,
• Meeting eligibility criteria set per course/module.

Amit Enterprises reserves the right to withhold or revoke certificates in case of academic dishonesty or misconduct.

Code of Conduct

To maintain a positive learning environment, learners must:

• Avoid spamming or self-promotion in groups,
• Respect instructors and fellow students,
• Not use abusive or misleading language,
• Not misuse any Amit Enterprises provided tools or platforms.

Violation may lead to removal from classes or denial of access.

Intellectual Property

All content — including video lectures, slides, assignments, designs, website content, and toolkits — is owned by Amit Enterprises. You may not:

• Record or distribute class materials,
• Resell or clone course content,
• Use the Amit Enterprises brand name or logo without permission.

Use of Tools & Data

Some tools provided (e.g., SEMrush access, Hosting login, client databases) are shared for educational purposes only. You must not:

• Use them for personal business or freelancing,
• Share tool access with outsiders,
• Violate the terms of any third-party tools provided.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Amit Enterprises does not guarantee job placements, business success, or income generation. All content is for educational purposes only. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from misuse or misunderstanding of our content.

Modifications

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law
